rosarycrafts.com offers a simple and easy 7 days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without Original Packaging will not be accepted.
Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you, within 2-3 business days (excluding Sunday).
Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item either through Paytm wallet /Google Pay transfer in your account or we can do an online refund via NEFT within 2 business days.
NOTE: The shipping charge is not refundable.
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- They should be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, rosarycrafts.com should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share snapshot at support@rosarycrafts.com
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 24-48 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to rosarycrafts.com. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a Paytm wallet credit/Bank transfer. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
